The Danish Chamber Orchestra have earned themselves international reputation for their Mozart interpretations with thier Chief Conductor Adam Fischer. Their recording of the complete Mozart symphonies has received high cirtical acclaim – „You can imagine the composer smiling in approval“ wrote the Gramophone Magazine – and an International Classical Music Award.
This year, the orchestra will for the first time be a guest at the renowned Haydn Festival Burgenland. In their two concerts with Adam Fischer at the Basilika Frauenkirchen and in Raiding on September 1 and 3 they will perform Haydn´s „Hamoniemesse“ and his Symphony No 92 as well as Mozart´ s piano concerto in E flat major with Jasminka Stančul and his Symphony No 31 „Paris“.
